Our Legacy

DL Logistics Network was born from the vision of Francisco "Paco" De León, a logistics industry veteran who dedicated over 30 years of his life to transforming the way Puerto Rico handles specialized and regulated transportation.

Paco began his career in the pharmaceutical industry, where he developed a deep understanding of the precision, accountability, and discipline that critical logistics demands. He saw an opportunity to raise the standard and he took it. With a commitment to doing things right, he built a company that would become one of Puerto Rico's most trusted names in regulated transportation.

His legacy is not just a company. It's a culture built on safety, integrity, and an unwavering dedication to the people and industries he served.

Today, that legacy lives on through the second generation of the De León family, with Elba De León serving as President and Carlos De León as Vice President, continuing DL Logistics Network with the same values and discipline their father instilled in them.
